Three ways this usually starts.
Most people who message me say one of these, almost word for word. If one sounds like you, this is the right page.
The red warning was gone in two days and the site loads faster than it ever did. He explained every step in plain words.
Three stages, one person.
You deal with me from the first message to the handover. No account manager in between.
Contain
Day one: site backed up, access secured, malware isolated so it stops spreading.
Clean and speed
Days two to four: infected files replaced, software updated, speed fixes applied.
Lock down
Day five: security hardening, monitoring switched on, logins handed to you.
What you'll want to know before you say yes.
Anything else, send it on WhatsApp and you get a straight answer.
01 Will I lose any content?
No. The site is backed up before anything is touched, and only infected files are replaced.
02 Can it get hacked again?
Any site can. Hardening and weekly updates make it far less likely — that is what a care plan is for.
03 Do I have to move hosting?
Only if the host is the cause. Roughly half the time it is; I will show you the evidence either way.
04 How fast can you start?
Usually the same day you send the login. A hacked site is treated as urgent — the first step, containment, happens within hours.
05 Will Google remove the warning?
Yes. Once the site is clean I submit a review through Search Console; the warning is normally lifted within one to three days.
06 What if the problem is bigger than expected?
The RM 1,200 covers the clean-up and speed work. If the theme itself is beyond saving, I stop, show you the evidence and quote a rebuild before doing anything more.
07 What do you need from me?
The hosting login, or the name of your host so I can request it. If a developer holds the keys, I will tell you what to ask for.
Send the link. I'll tell you if this is the right fix.
Free five-point check first, same working day. If a cheaper service solves it, I will say so.
Not ready? Send your current site for the free five-point check instead — no obligation.
