Twelve messages for quotes, deposits, balances, late payments and refunds, in English and Bahasa Melayu. Add your business details once and they go into every message. Then copy each one into WhatsApp. Nothing you type leaves your browser.
In WhatsApp Business: Settings → Business tools → Quick replies → +. Paste a message and give it the shortcut shown, e.g. /quote. In a chat, type / to pick one, then change the [blue parts] before sending.
