What we collect
- What you send us: your name, business name, website address, WhatsApp number, email and message.
- Project details: logins, files and content you share so we can do the work.
- Invoices and payment records.
- Basic website analytics: pages viewed, device type and approximate location, collected by Google Analytics using cookies.
Why we use it
- To reply to you and prepare a quote or the free 5-point check.
- To carry out the work you have asked for and support it afterwards.
- To send invoices and keep accounts as Malaysian law requires.
- To understand which pages help visitors, so we can improve the site.
We do not sell your data, add you to a mailing list without asking, or use it for anything unrelated to the above.
Who we share it with
Only where needed to do the work: hosting and domain providers, payment and accounting tools, Google (analytics) and Meta (WhatsApp). Each handles data under its own privacy terms. We will disclose data if required by Malaysian law.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become projects: up to 12 months. Client project records: for as long as we work together, and invoices for 7 years as required for tax. Logins are deleted or handed back when a project or care plan ends.
Keeping it safe
Logins are stored in a password manager, never in plain email or chat where avoidable. Access is limited to the person doing your work.
Your rights
You may ask to see the personal data we hold about you, correct it, or withdraw consent for us to use it. Email richerd@computersolutiontrio.com and we will respond within 21 days.
Cookies
This site uses analytics cookies to count visits. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.
Changes
If this notice changes, the new version will be posted here with a new date.
