01 Will I lose my Google ranking?
No. Every old address is redirected to its new page, and the site is faster afterwards, which Google rewards.
02 Can I keep my current hosting?
Yes, if it is decent. If it is the reason the site is slow, I will say so and give you a choice.
03 What if I only need a refresh, not a rebuild?
Then I will quote that instead. A visual refresh on a sound site is usually RM 1,500–2,500.
04 Will the site be down during the rebuild?
No. The new site is built on a private test copy. The switch takes a few minutes, usually at night.
05 How do I pay?
Half to start, half when the new site goes live. Bank transfer or DuitNow.
06 Do I need new photos or text?
Not necessarily. I rewrite the words from what is already there plus a short Q&A with you. Good photos help — if you have none, stock or a phone shoot is fine to start.
07 Can I edit it myself afterwards?
Yes. It is standard WordPress with a training video. Text, photos and prices you can change yourself; anything bigger, a care plan covers it.
