01 Why Hostinger?
Fast, reliable shared hosting at a fair price, with servers in Asia. I have run client sites on it for years and know its quirks. If your site outgrows it, I will say so.
02 Is the domain really mine?
Yes. It is registered under your name and your email. You can log in, see it and move it any time without asking me.
03 What does it cost after the first year?
Hosting from RM 300 a year and the domain at RM 90 (.com) or RM 120 (.com.my). Hostinger's own renewal price applies and I pass it on at cost; I tell you the figure before you commit.
04 Do I need a care plan as well?
Not necessarily. Hosting keeps the site online; a care plan keeps it updated, backed up and watched. Simple sites that rarely change can run on hosting alone.
05 Can I use my existing domain?
Yes. If you already own one, we just point it at the new hosting. Nothing is re-registered.
06 How many mailboxes do I get?
One free business mailbox is included with the hosting. More can be added through Hostinger or Google Workspace — I will tell you which suits you.
07 Is 10 GB enough?
For most business sites, easily. A five-page site with photos is usually under 1 GB. Stores with hundreds of product photos may need the next tier.
