Who these terms are with
Computer Solution Trio (SSM 200703023063 (MA0106821-A)), Batu Berendam, Melaka, Malaysia. By accepting a quote or paying a deposit you agree to these terms.
Quotes and scope
- Every project has a written scope: pages, features and rounds of changes. Website redesigns cover up to 6 pages and 2 rounds of changes.
- Work outside the written scope — including additional pages — is quoted and agreed in writing before it starts.
- Quotes are valid for 30 days.
Prices and payment
- Prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). No SST is charged.
- Projects: 50% to start, 50% at launch. Care plans and SEO: monthly in advance. One-off fixes: after you have checked the work.
- Late payment may pause work and care-plan support until the account is settled.
Your part
- Supply content, photos and logins on time. Delays in content move the launch date.
- Make sure you have the right to use any text, images or logos you give us.
Ownership
- Your domain, hosting and accounts are registered in your name.
- On full payment, the website and its content are yours. If we part ways you receive all logins and files at no charge.
- Paid plugins, themes and stock photos remain under their own licences.
Care plans and SEO
- Month to month. Cancel with 30 days’ notice.
- Unused edit time does not carry over to the next month.
- SEO results depend on Google and competitors; we report on work done and enquiries, and do not guarantee rankings.
Third-party services
Hosting, domains, payment gateways, plugins and WhatsApp are provided by third parties. We are not responsible for their outages or price changes, but will help resolve problems that affect your site.
Liability
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or data, except where Malaysian law does not allow this to be limited.
Ending a project
Either side may end a project in writing. You pay for work completed up to that date, and receive the work and files covered by that payment.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Disputes will be handled by the courts of Melaka.
