Three ways this usually starts.
Most care-plan clients came to me after one of these. If one sounds familiar, the plan is cheaper than the next time it happens.
WhatsApp him at 9am and you get an answer. That reliability is worth the retainer on its own.
We had been hacked before. Since the redesign, security and care plan started, clean scans every month.
Nothing to install, nothing to learn.
Send the WordPress login and from the first week it is handled. You keep every login; nothing moves out of your name.
Health check
You send the login. I run the free 5-point check and tell you which plan fits — or that you don’t need one yet.
Set up and secure
First full backup taken off-site, overdue updates applied, monitoring switched on, weak passwords and old admin accounts cleared.
Looked after
Updates, backups and checks run on schedule. A short note of what was done, and WhatsApp me for any edit.
What you’ll want to know before you say yes.
Anything else, send it on WhatsApp and you get a straight answer.
01Do I have to move hosting to you?
No. Care plans work with your current hosting. If the hosting is the problem, I’ll say so — moving it is quoted separately at RM 600, and you choose.
02Is there a contract?
Monthly, rolling, cancel with 30 days’ notice. You keep the hosting account, the domain and the backups — nothing is held back.
03What if the site breaks at midnight?
Monitoring runs around the clock, so the alert is waiting for me when I start. Essential is handled within the next business day; Growth and Priority are picked up first thing, weekends included. WhatsApp is the fastest channel on every plan.
04Do you look after online stores?
Yes — stores start on Growth, because payments, checkout and order records carry more risk and need more frequent checks.
05What counts as a “small edit”?
Anything that fits the monthly allowance: a new photo, a price change, a promo banner, a new staff member. New pages or features are quoted separately, before the work.
06My site was built by someone else. Does that matter?
No. The first week is a clean-up regardless of who built it. If I find something seriously wrong, you get a plain-language note and a price before anything more is done.
07Can I start and stop?
Yes. Some clients pause over quiet months. The risk is that updates pile up while paused — I’ll tell you honestly whether that is wise for your site.
Send the link. I’ll tell you if your site is actually at risk.
Five things checked by hand, same working day: updates, backups, viruses, speed, hosting. If nothing is wrong, I will say so and you owe nothing.
