Three ways this usually starts.
Most people who message me say one of these, almost word for word. If one sounds like you, this is the right page.
Our old developer vanished with the logins. Within a week everything was in our name, with a one-page list of what we own.
Three stages, one person.
You deal with me from the first message to the handover. No account manager in between.
Find out
I work out where the domain, hosting and site actually live — often three different places.
Move
Copied to the new home and tested side by side before anything is switched.
Hand over
Domain pointed, old access removed, every login sent to you in one document.
What you'll want to know before you say yes.
Anything else, send it on WhatsApp and you get a straight answer.
01 What if my developer won't cooperate?
Usually I can still move the site using the hosting access. For the domain there is a formal transfer process; I will walk you through it.
02 Will my email stop working?
No. Email is mapped and tested before the switch; the usual downtime is zero.
03 Do I have to use your hosting afterwards?
No. I will move it wherever you like. Many clients add a care plan so someone is watching the site, but hosting stays yours and it is your call.
04 What do I need to give you?
Whatever you have — even just the website address. I work out the rest and tell you which logins to request.
05 What if the domain has already expired?
Act fast. There is usually a 30-day grace period to renew it; after that it gets expensive or impossible. Message me the same day.
06 Will the site go down during the move?
No. The copy is tested on the new host first; the switch is a few minutes and visitors do not notice.
07 What does it cost after the move?
Only the hosting and domain renewal, in your name. Add a care plan from RM 100/mo if you want it looked after. There is nothing owed to me after handover.
Send the link. I'll tell you if this is the right fix.
Free five-point check first, same working day. If a cheaper service solves it, I will say so.
Not ready? Send your current site for the free five-point check instead — no obligation.
