01 Do I need to write anything?
No. You answer a short set of discovery questions and I draft every page. You approve or change it.
02 What if I already own a domain?
Good — we point it at the new site. Nothing is re-registered or moved out of your name.
03 Is hosting included, and what does it cost after?
Yes — the RM 4,000 includes your domain and the first year of hosting, so there is nothing extra to pay at launch. After that, hosting is billed yearly in your name — or add a care plan from RM 100/month, which covers updates, backups, monitoring and small edits — hosting stays billed separately in your name.
04 Can I add a shop later?
Yes. The site is built on WordPress, so a store, booking form or price list can be added without starting over.
05 I only need one page — is there something smaller?

06 How do I pay?
Half to start, half when the site goes live. Bank transfer or DuitNow — no card fees, no subscriptions.
07 What if I want changes after launch?
Small text and photo changes in the first 30 days are included. After that, you can do them yourself with the training video, or a care plan covers them.
08 Do you only work with businesses in Melaka?
No. The call and the build happen over WhatsApp and video, so clients are across Malaysia. Melaka clients can meet in person if they prefer.
