Three ways this usually starts.
Most people who message me say one of these, almost word for word. If one sounds like you, this is the right page.
Customers used to order on WhatsApp and I typed every invoice by hand. Now the store does it and I just pack.
Three stages, one person.
You deal with me from the first message to the handover. No account manager in between.

What you'll want to know before you say yes.
Anything else, send it on WhatsApp and you get a straight answer.
01 What are the monthly running costs?
Hosting is billed yearly in your name — Hostinger shared hosting from RM 300 a year, domain RM 90–120 a year — plus payment gateway fees of roughly 1.5–3% per sale. A care plan from RM 100/mo covers updates, backups and monitoring on top. No platform fee.
02 Can I keep selling on Shopee too?
Yes. Many clients do both; your own store is the one you control and the one Google finds.
03 How many products can it handle?
Thousands. Thirty are loaded as part of the build; the rest can be imported from a spreadsheet.
04 Do I need a company account for FPX?
For FPX and most gateways, yes — a business bank account and SSM registration. I will tell you exactly what to prepare before we start.
05 Who ships the orders?
You do. The store tells you what was ordered and prints the packing slip; courier integration can be added if volume grows.
06 Can customers pay on delivery or by bank transfer?
Yes. Cash on delivery, manual bank transfer and online payment can all be switched on; many stores start with transfer and add FPX once the SSM paperwork is ready.
07 Can it take bookings or deposits instead of products?
Yes. The same store handles services, time slots and deposits — useful for clinics, workshops and event hire.
08 Do I need product photos?
Yes, but not studio ones. Clear phone photos on a plain background work well; I resize and compress them so the store stays fast. If you already sell on Shopee, those photos can be reused.
Tell me what you sell. I'll tell you what the store needs.
Products, delivery and payment mapped on one call before anything is quoted. If a simpler setup would do the job, I will say so.
