Three ways this usually starts.
Most people who message me say one of these, almost word for word. If one sounds like you, this is the right page.
Three stages, one person.
You deal with me from the first message to the handover. No account manager in between.

Estimate
You get the time and price, usually the same day. Nothing starts until you say yes.
Fixed
Done and tested, usually within three working days, with a note of what changed.
What you'll want to know before you say yes.
Anything else, send it on WhatsApp and you get a straight answer.
01 What counts as a small fix?
Anything under about four hours: text and photo changes, a new page, a broken form, a plugin conflict, a layout issue. Bigger jobs get a fixed quote instead.
02 Is there a minimum?
One hour. After that it is billed in half-hour steps.
03 Do I need access to give you?
A WordPress admin login, or hosting access if the site is down. I will tell you exactly what I need.
04 What if it is more than a small fix?
If it is a hacked or very slow site, Speed and security recovery is the fixed-price route. I will say so before you pay for hours.
05 When does a care plan make more sense?
If you are asking for fixes most months. Growth includes edit time every month, which works out cheaper.
06 How do I pay?
Bank transfer or DuitNow after the job is done and you have checked it. Jobs over four hours are half up front.
07 Do you work on sites someone else built?
Yes, most of these jobs are. As long as it runs on WordPress and I can get admin access, I can work on it.
08 What if the fix does not work?
I keep working on it at no extra charge, or you do not pay for that part. You only pay for fixes that work.
Send the link. I'll tell you if this is the right fix.
Free five-point check first, same working day. If a cheaper service solves it, I will say so.
Not ready? Send your current site for the free five-point check instead — no obligation.
